Workout Time!

Workout time! What do you do for exercise? I mix it up depending on my schedule, some of my best workouts have been when I crank up my Spotify and rock out dancing around the house while I’m cleaning; I think they call it multi tasking. I call it having fun doing a task I don’t care for. So the next time you get that dust rag out turn up the tunes and get your groove on! PS exercise is a mood elevator a natural antidepressant! It makes me happy, happy, happy so get up and get moving!

    I try to do Monday thru Thursday pm workouts (after work) and Saturday and Sunday morning workouts. I usually start by either an hour on the stairs or the elliptical, then will cool down on the stationary bike for at least a half hour. Then alternate between upper body weights and core stuff depending on the day.
