Workout time! What do you do for exercise? I mix it up depending on my schedule, some of my best workouts have been when I crank up my Spotify and rock out dancing around the house while I’m cleaning; I think they call it multi tasking. I call it having fun doing a task I don’t care for. So the next time you get that dust rag out turn up the tunes and get your groove on! PS exercise is a mood elevator a natural antidepressant! It makes me happy, happy, happy so get up and get moving!
