A great exercise is to journal every night. Write down at least 3 things that made you happy or went well for you that day. When doing this you go to bed with good thoughts of what you have to be thankful for in which leads to a good nights sleep when you wake up the next day you wake up on the right side of the bed sort of speak. go ahead and reflect every night on the good things you are blessed with and be thankful for those things.
