How to reach your goals to Health. We all have a habit of setting goals to lose weight or to just get healthy and we forget to plan so what happens is we fail. Like anything else in life we need to plan do the work then we stick to it so we reach our goal.
I am a health coach and what I do is help people reach those goals. By goal setting we are working on the why’s and whats that stop us from being successful: Why we choose the foods we eat What triggers our eating habits. When we do this we are learning and retraining our brain so we don’t fall back on our old habits. This leads us to stick to our program. Like anything else we are trying to achieve there is work to be done. We can all reach for that diet pill(I am guilty of it) and of course we (I ) lose that initial weight then what happens we gain it back because we don’t learn the whys and whats to the process. When you learn these things you stick to it which makes reaching the final goal a lot easier to reach. What a SWEET victory it is. Do you need help reaching those goals?
