Today I had the privilege of being apart of The March of Dimes walk over the Walkway Over the Hudson. Those of you whom are unfamiliar of the bridge I will post a link to it at the bottom, It is just beautiful! Anyway back to my point. I was there to join in the fun, the cause and to meet new people. I find it amazing how many people really want to take charge of their health but just don’t know where to start. I was once there myself we are told eat this don’t eat that, exercise this long, then that is too much, we get so caught up with the quick fix we forget how we got to the weight we are or started at? Are we binge eaters, emotional eaters, we don’t eat at all? What I do is work with you to learn your Why’s so we can change those in the process of sharing the 5 and 1 plan to get you on your way to learn the basics how much to eat how often do we eat. The true plan not only changes your body but your mind so when you reach your goals you don’t fall back into the old habits we started out with. So today I am offering in the Spirit of the March of Dimes Walk anyone whom shares this and someone comes on program I will donate $25 in your name to The March of Dimes. Now we are supporting two great causes, helping Babies and families and we are helping America Get Healthy for Life!!
