Breakfast for the Mind, Body and Spirit

I think we all have done this a time or two, we get up in the morning our mind is a bit on the foggy side, just can’t get out of our way. A) we didn’t get enough sleep the night before, B) we suffered from some form of ache or pain C) We were stressing about something. Not so good the next the day when I can’t find my keys, or I stayed a couple of extra minutes in the shower because I just couldn’t get moving. Well I have the perfect Breakfast for the Mind,Body and Spirit, it is gluten free and fits in with the Paleo way of living and it just gives you that extra boost you need as well as it is great for you. What is it?

Here it is Pure Synergy, Raw Honey and Yerba Mate’ why have I chosen these three items? What is Pure Synergy? It is the most comprehensive trusted super food, it  blends 60 of nature’s most life-giving and nutrient-rich organic whole food and botanical concentrates into a “wellness food” of perfect nutritional potency. What does this mean it means they have taken fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, sea greens, flowers, herbs and sprouts, harvested them at the peak of their nutritional potency, then freeze dried and pulled together to produce a rare “synergy” the helps rebuild your vitality mental clarity and optimal health. It is loaded with hundreds of phytonutrients, DNA,RNA and a large array of proteins along with chlorophyll from the sea greens. Fruit and vegetable powders provide and abundance of beneficial phytonutrients, enzimes. Immune supportive mushrooms and the berries protect your cells. I mix this with 50% juice and 50% water.
Raw honey : Honey contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. The vitamins found in honey include niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid; minerals present include calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. In addition honey contains a variety of flavonoids and phenolic acids which act as antioxidants, scavenging and eliminating free radicals. Studies also show that 2-4 tbs of raw honey daily can raise antioxidant levels in your blood stream, helping to prevent the build up of artery clogging plaque’. It also helps aid in a natural liver flush up to 84% of artery clogging fats. How awesome is that?
Last but not least is the Yerba mate. Yerba Mate’ you ask? It is a healthy alternative to coffee, though it is like a tea of dried leaves that are grown in the semi -tropical jungles of South America, it has more antioxidants then green tea, supports weight loss, provides mental clarity while it sustains and balances your energy levels. It comes in all flavors, peppermint, chai, harvest medley, I drink it hot int he morning, cold in the afternoon with a teaspoon of raw honey and I am good to go. With all of these wonderful antioxidants for all three of these products, I am the only one in my house whom hasn’t caught the cough and cold that is going around in here. ( I better knock wood I haven’t talked too soon) Along with following the Paleo Diet and being gluten free my cholesterol has come down, not that it was high it is now in the low average range. I feel great with  sustained energy level through out the day. If you can’t find the Pure Synergy get yourself a great freeze dried greens product from your natural store just make sure it is at it’s purest of forms mix them in with your juice of choice, indulge in a great cup of Yerba Mate’ to replace your cup of joe in the morning, if you are like me and just love coffee have it at lunch. take a moment to just be with you. Enjoy and be healthy with Breakfast for the mind, body and spirit. Enjoy your day my friends!! Until tomorrow!! Remember to stay in good health, take time for you, and  enjoy the day!!
