Paleo Day 16

More then half way to 30 days and I am so happy to be starting this during the summer so I able to pick the veggies right from my garden and cook them up. Today when picking tomatoes I think I ate more then I brought in the house. Love them right from the vine warm from the sun, Yummy besides being so good they are in the super food group. Tomatoes are loaded with vitamins A, C, K calcium and potassium. It also has Lycopene which is a powerful antioxidant which can reduce the inflammatory response to UV damage. It slows down aging in the skin. Yeah less wrinkles!!! They  help prevent some cancers. So get out there and eat some tomatoes it does the body good. Today’s menu was eggs and veggies, fruit cup for lunch chicken salad cantaloupe for dinner it was Pan seared Ahi Tuna medium rare over baby greens and a light vinaigrette. I have 30 mins left before bed time I am trying to get into a habit of going to bed before 1 am. To stay healthy you need to get your proper rest. Good night all stay focused, stay healthy and stay in peace. A little food for thought; By working on our inner world we can make profound shifts in our metabolic world in the chemistry of the body.
