Another great day, DAy 10 and I am down 7 lbs. I started out a bit tired though as soon as I ate my breakfast 2 eggs with grape tomatoes from the garden some basil and garlic my energy picked up. Snack was handful of nuts and a half of red pepper, lunch was a salad snack was a fresh picked peach dinner was tuna and salad. I am loving going out to the garden and getting all I need for the day!! If you have a garden what are you growing? What are some of your favorite veggies this time of year?
