Paleo Day 7

Wow one week down and I feel great!! My clothes are fitting better, but most importantly my RA has settled down. Normally the mornings are the hardest when I get up my feet hurt so bad I can barely walk on them the last two days the pain hasn’t been as bad. So I am ready for week 2 and tomorrow I will start working out I love to do p90x but I have to wait one more week , tomorrow I will do the treadmill and ride my bike.
So what did I eat today a lot of fruit, zucchini from my garden, chicken that is pretty good considering I made my boys and their friends spaghetti meatballs and sausage and I didn’t have any!! 😦 I ate my chicken and added a little sauce on it. I made it fresh so I know exactly what’s in it. Clean eating is very important on this diet. No processed food. Good night and Sleep tight when one gets a good night sleep it aides in weight loss try and get any where between 6-8 h rs of sleep. Sleep is good for the mind,body and soul so go get you some SLEEP!
